The scan will give you a comprehensive insight into more than 40 measurements associated with your physical wellbeing.

It's only $20 to sign up to our 6-week challenge, and includes:

• An in-person session with a Nutrition Australia dietitian, a body scan, and a consultation with a YMCA representative.
• A free body composition scan.
• Access to the Technogym app.
• Live online nutrition and exercise information sessions.
• Access to wellbeing and nutrition information articles and recipes.
• A review at the end of the challenge at a 1:1 in-person session.
