Method: Soften your butter by heating it up slightly. Combine ingredients and mix well. Using cling wrap, roll each of your butter mixtures into a log shape.
For the floral butter, add your edible flowers after rolling into a log.
Tip: To maximise the shelf life of your butters, tell mum to store them in the freezer and cut off pieces as she needs! If she stores them in the fridge, be sure to use them within a week.
